During the release party on the Garda Lake The Trees presented their new shirt, designed by Giliola. The shirt will also be available at Paolo Pansera's art gallery by Bier Market in Cleveland starting from October 05.

Tra la fine di Giugno e l'Inizio di Luglio 2006 ho visitato Vancouver, città in cui ho vissuto prima di trasferirmi Cleveland.

Between the end of June and the beginning of July I visited Vancouver, place wehre I lived for a few years before moving to Cleveland.

Durante il fine settimana sono andato a fare cayak a deep cove, una baia tra le montagne, in cui non risulta difficile incontrare foche marine...

During the week end I went kayaking in deep cove, a beautiful bay between the mountains, where it is not difficult to meet seals swimming around...

Mi sono ricordato di una delle più belle esperienze che ho mai fatto, quando, qualche anno prima, mi sono trovato nel mezzo dell'oceno tra una dozzina di orche assassine che nuotavano a fianco della nostra barca.

I remembered one of the most beautiful experiences of my life, when, a few years before, I found myself in the middle of a dozen of killer whales swimming near by the boat.

In segno di rispetto per una città ed un luogo che mi ha dato così tanto ho deciso di chiamarmi L'Orca, modificando il cognome di un famoso poeta latino e sapendo che uno dei miei artisti preferiti, Tim Buckley, ha fatto un album che si chiama Lorca.

As a sign of respect for a city and a place that gave me so much I chose to be called L'Orca, changing the name of a famous latin poet and also knowing that one of my preferit artists, Tim Buckley, made an album called Lorca.

During the party at the Garda Lake Paolo presented the photographs used by The Trees for their new album East West Center World.

Paolo and The Trees will also have an art gallery at the Bier Market on West 25th during the month of October. The band will perform live at the closing party.

La festa si terrà a Colà di Lazise (Verona), presso il Borgo Antico in Via Valle, dove ho una casa.

3.00-6.30 - Rinfresco in giardino e possibilità distare in piscina o di visitare le terme

6.00-6.30 - Breve concerto dei The Trees

7.30-8.30 - BBQ

9.30-10.00 - Breve concerto acustico dei The Trees

10.00-10.30 - Presentazione dell'art work di PaoloPansera

10.30-3.00 - Possibilità di andare in discoteca all'Holliwood o di visitare le terme (chiudono alle 2.00)

REGOLE:

1. Amici aggiuntivi sono sempre ben accetti (soprattutto se li conosco ma, per qualche ragione,non sono riuscito a contattarli).

2. Sentitevi liberi di andare e venire quando volete. Mi fà molto piacere potervi vedere ma non vi chiedo difermarvi per 12 ore, nel caso in cui non riusciste.

L'Orca pricticed together with Leo and the old time friend Vitto. They are working on a version of Only Queen from Cherry Blossom (The Trees). Vitto wil also play a few acoustic songs on Saturday at the party.
