Last Day at Work

Message from L'Orca to his collegaues:

Dear College and Friend,

Today is my last working day at Tyler. As I do not like to say goodbye it is not my intention to stop by at every single office before I leave…

I would like to thank you for the magnificent experience that I had together with you at this place in Halle Drive. It was challenging but fun at the sametime and I will always carry it in my heart as abeautiful ride.

I am both sad and happy. Sad because I am leaving a great group of people, happy because I am looking at the future as a new life-breathtaking journey.

Recording session with Stephanie

L'Orca recorded two songs in German, together with Stephanie. She was supposed to help him pronunciate the songs but she ended up singing on both of the song. We had a lot of fun.

Le songs are: Mediterranean (left over from the Cherry Blossom CD of teh Trees) and Everybody is scared (brend new track for a future CD of the Trees). Mediterranean will be released on Sampler, a collection of tracks from the first three CDs of L'Orca's band.

Snow in Vancouver (from Richard)

Recording with Meghann

I recorded 3 songs together with an excellent singer and friend: Meghann.

Two of the songs also feature Loz on keyboard: Pequena llena de amor and Good man / in my pejama.

I put them on my temporary myspace solo web site and I would love to hear your opinion about them....www.myspace.com/riclorca.

You will also find another song in Spanish: Hope /Esperanza. This, together with Pequena is one of few songs that I recorded in Spanish together with the help of John.
